I looked at both of these hotel, they were in my final list of 5 hotels. In the end i chose Casablanca. Im stopping there later this week so i will be able to tell you how good / bad it was early next week.

With that price difference, I%26#39;d go with the Michelangelo and save the money for shopping and eating. ;) Regular rooms at the Casablanca are not that large while the Michelangelo%26#39;s basic rooms are pretty big by NYC standards. While you don%26#39;t get the wine and cheese freebies at the Michelangelo, $75 buys a lot of wine and cheese. ;)

Thanks for your help everyone, think we%26#39;ll go with The Michaelangelo and book through Quickbook. As we intend to be out most of the day and evening we wouldn%26#39;t make use of the freebies anyway.
