Arrived yesterday and staying in Times Square. About to explore, any advice on places that we should avoid - both for safety and not bing worth the effort. Only here for 3 days.

Get off the computer and go have fun!!! Explore everything that you can--that is the only way that YOU can judge if it is worth it! Keep your wits about you and you will have no problems with safety. Have a great time!

well, for one thing, it is jam-packed with hordes of tourists....
qb - sorry, you are mistaken - they should avoid Manhattan!
